Topic: Approval and data retrieval in web forms

Hi

We are planning to use confluence and adding web forms features with it.

I have 3 important questions

1. can we design a Approval workflow feature

2.  Store the data in our Oracle servers

3. can we load the data that is saved to show it to Approves whi are defined by roles or groups etc...

Live Forms v4 adds support for approval workflows to frevvo's forms product. Please contact us directly and we can update you when v4 is available.

Live Forms v3.4 already supports storing form submissions in your own database via frevvo's freely available Database Connector. Also frevvo form can retrieve data from you database to display values to your the users who need to view/approve the forms.
