Many of our customers are universities, schools, government organizations, and companies whose business processes are complex. They have deadlines, business rules, exceptions, and compliance needs.

With frevvo, they can deploy solutions that meet the most sophisticated requirements. Things like ADA/WCAG compliance for accessibility, visual business rules for powerful dynamic behavior, localization for globally deployed processes that work in any language, visual PDF generation for electronically signed documents such as a Federal W-4, and more.

With Kissflow, some capabilities like ADA compliance and custom PDF generation are simply not available. Meanwhile, other features – even relatively common ones like e-signature capture and single sign on (SSO) –– require an upgrade to significantly more expensive plans.

Even though frevvo deals with complex requirements, it’s still simple to use. All at reasonable cost and with no I.T. or coding required.

Native integrations

Unless you're really small or new, most organizations use SQL databases and other business systems to conduct their day to day operations. With Kissflow, integration is only avaiable through Zapier. For enterprise I.T., that’s a security nightmare. It’s yet another third-party, cloud-based app that can access corporate data.

Kissflow's different pricing plans offer different levels of functionality. Basic capabilities like authentication and e-signature require upgrades to pricier plans. You'll quickly find that Kissflow's costs escalate quickly for even the most basic features.

Where are we still improving?

The fact is that no platform is perfect. We use extensive data and customer feedback to prioritize upcoming improvements.

While frevvo is already very simple and intuitive, we're always working to make it even easier with significant upcoming UI enhancements. Our goal is "from free trial to working prototype in 15 minutes or less".

In response to customer feedback, we expect to release a powerful reporting engine this year. The best part is that you'll be able to use frevvo's existing, familiar form designer with new graphics controls to design beautiful reports. Nothing new to learn.

We're also working on some advanced features like parallel workflows and versioning so you can have multiple versions of the same workflow running at the same time.
