Sales Order Form with SQL database integration

This Sales Order form connects to a SQL database for dynamic behavior. It retrieves a list of product names and codes from the database and dynamically sets up options in the Products pick list. When a product is picked, the form retrieves the MSRP for the selected product and fills it into the appropriate row for that line item.

This form is also capable of automatically populating first and last names if the user is logged in. Subtotals for each line item and the grand total are automatically calculated. The form supports electronic signature and attachments.

After the form is submitted, an email is sent with a PDF of the final signed sales order along with any attachments.
